Are you available at this time? Yes NoThe minimum expectations for board members are listed below. Please confirm your ability and willingness to meet each expectation. I will attend and actively participate in at least 10 of the next 12 board meetings I will make a personal annual financial gift at a level that is personally significant I will participate in fundraising goals as directed by the Fund Development Manager I will contribute to FUSION’s summer fundraising gala I will serve on at least one committee and attend at least 85% of those meetings If you join the Board, you agree that you will provide at least 2-4 hours a month in attendance to Board and Committee meetings, and that you do not have any conflict of interests in participating on the Board.Completion of this application does not guarantee position approval.All applications are reviewed and voted on for approval by the current Board of Directors.SignatureSubmit Board Application
